SPA POLICIES
Reservations: Advance reservations are recommended for spa treatments by calling our concierge at 559-692-8954.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: To avoid charges, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will results in a charge for the full appointment price to the payment method on file.
Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of 20% of the service cost will apply if the appointment is moved within the 24-hour cancellation window.
TOUR POLICIES
- A full refund requires 24-hour notice before the scheduled activity.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.
- Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions will receive a full refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full price.
- We do not guarantee the use of a specific vehicle. The vehicle used for your tour will be determined by factors including how many people are in your group and what vehicles are used for tours and booked that day.
LODGING CANCELLATION POLICY
All reservations may be changed up to the day of arrival without penalty (i.e. change in room type, arrival dates or name on reservation). Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the 4pm check-in will incur one night room and tax penalty. Non-refundable reservations made at least 96 hours in advance will not incur a penalty if cancellation is done within 24 hours of booking.

Do I get my deposit back if I cancel?
To receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be received by 4 p.m. PDT at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations, including the non-refundable rate that are made at least 96 hours in advance of arrival will receive a refund if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.
How do I cancel?

Can I cancel/change my reservation online?
If you made your reservation online through our website, you can manage your reservation online (look for the cancel/modify link next to the Check Availability button below the calendar). If you made your reservation through another website such as Expedia or Booking.com, you will need to manage your reservation through that site.
Do you have valet parking?
We are proud to offer valet parking to our guests at a $15.00 day-use fee and a $25.00 nightly fee. To access our Valet Parking, please visit our Valets at the main lobby entrance to Tenaya Lodge.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We are dog-friendly, subject to availability (not all rooms are dog-friendly). There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee per reservation of $125, which covers up to two dogs. Some restrictions apply. Learn more about our dog-friendly lodging accommodations and our pet policy.
While they can’t explore the trails, leashed dogs can explore along most paved roads, sidewalks and bike paths at Yosemite National Park. You don’t have to miss out on any famous sites if you have your dog with you.
- Hike Jackson Road to see the beautiful, and hidden, Tenaya Creek Falls.
- Enjoy a meal on the patio with your furry friend at Jackalope’s Bar & Grill.
- View the Sierra National Forest by rail on the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Steam Train. Dogs ride free!
- Walk the Valley Floor in Yosemite National Park.
- Stop by the gift shop at Tenaya and pick out a souvenir for your pup.
Do you have Rollaway Beds, Cribs, and Pack-n-Plays?
Yes, we do. There is a charge of $30 per stay for rollaways, cribs, and pack-n-plays. Limit one per room due to safety requirements.
Do you have an Amenity Fee?
Yes. A daily amenity fee of $35 per night will be added to all reservations. In addition to our regular hotel amenities, the Amenity Fee includes:
- Use of Pedal Bikes in the summer months, weather permitting
- Snow Shoes available in the winter months, weather permitting
- Lawn Games, weather permitting
- Bocce Ball, weather permitting
- Two Reusable Water Bottles
- Access to Game Room
- “Dive-in” Movies at our Indoor Pool
- Complimentary Self Parking
- Indoor and Outdoor Pools and Hot Tubs
- S’morgasboard – S’mores 6-9 PM at Main Lodge
- Onsite Shuttle Service between Main Lodge, Cottages, and Explorer Cabins
- Additional Surprises and Delights Onsite
The Amenity Fee is reflected in the total amount due, and will be included in your deposit. If you have questions about the Amenity Fee, please inquire at check-in. Added values are subject to availability and may be substituted at any time.
What is the CA Tourism Fee?
A daily $0.75 California Tourism Fee will be charged during your stay. The fee is reflected in the total amount due, and will be included in your deposit. Visit California is a nonprofit 501(c) corporation with a mission to develop and maintain marketing programs – in partnership with the state’s travel industry – that keep California top-of-mind as a premier travel destination.
What is the Yosemite Conservancy Fund Donation?
An optional donation to the Yosemite Conservancy Fund of $2.00 per night will be added to each individual room reservation. The donation will be included in your deposit, but can be removed if you wish to opt out. Yosemite Conservancy is the only nonprofit dedicated to supporting Yosemite National Park. As Yosemite’s official philanthropic partner and cooperating association, they work closely with the park to fund high-priority projects and provide enriching educational programs.
Non-Smoking Resort
For the health of all its guests, Tenaya at Yosemite is an entirely non-smoking and non-vaping resort. This includes but is not limited to tobacco and cannabis.
