You’ll ride in comfort with a driver who doubles as a Yosemite-savvy guide, enjoy a few iconic photo stops, then get dropped at the closest location permitted for drop-off for an easy walk to the official viewing area.

Our tours are scheduled at specific times to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. These times are carefully chosen to maximize your enjoyment and safety, taking into account factors such as optimal weather conditions, and the timing of key sights. By departing at these times, we aim to provide you with the most comfortable and memorable experience, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty and serenity of the surroundings.
Disclaimer: The viewing of the “firefall” phenomenon is weather dependent and is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued due to weather. You must be able to walk a little over 3 miles round-trip on a paved path for this tour.
- A full refund requires 24-hour notice before the scheduled activity.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.
- Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions will receive a full refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full price.
- We do not guarantee the use of a specific vehicle. The vehicle used for your tour will be determined by factors including how many people are in your group and what vehicles are used for tours and booked that day.
- Guide gratuity is not included in the price of a tour.

What to Expect
Enjoy convenient round-trip transportation into Yosemite Valley for the annual Firefall event. Your driver is also a knowledgeable guide, sharing Yosemite insights and answering questions along the way. Time and conditions permitting, you’ll stop at a couple iconic locations—Tunnel View and Bridalveil Fall—before being dropped off at the closest location for Firefall access at Yosemite Lodge. From there, you’ll walk on your own to the official viewing area.

Important Notes
- Minimum 4 guests required to operate
- Walking distance: approximately 1.5 miles each way (about 3 miles round trip) from drop-off to viewing area
- Firefall visibility depends on conditions, including weather and water flow
- Guests should wear warm layers, sturdy shoes, and bring a light or headlamp for after sunset
- Chairs and snacks/water are recommended for comfort while waiting. Food, chairs, and escorted walking beyond the drop-off point are not included
- International guests without an America the Beautiful Pass must pay an additional $100 per person (automatically applied during booking)
