TOUR POLICIES
Our tours are scheduled at specific times to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. These times are carefully chosen to maximize your enjoyment and safety, taking into account factors such as optimal weather conditions, and the timing of key sights. By departing at these times, we aim to provide you with the most comfortable and memorable experience, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty and serenity of the surroundings.
Minimum Requirement: We require the equivalent of 4 guests to operate the Yosemite Winter Tour. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified by 8:00 PM the evening before your tour and you will receive a refund.
• A full refund requires 24-hour notice before the scheduled activity.
• No refunds or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.
• Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions will receive a full refund.
• No-shows will be charged at the full price.
• We do not guarantee the use of a specific vehicle. The vehicle used for your tour will be determined by factors including how many people are in your group and what vehicles are used for tours and booked that day.
• Guide gratuity is not included in the price of a tour.
