Pre-Wedding Coordination
A detailed planning meeting is scheduled at least three months prior to your wedding, alongside the development of your timeline. Our team will create Banquet Event Orders outlining each event, provide a clear estimate of charges and design a custom floor plan to guide your seating and overall layout.

Menu Tasting
For weddings of 50 guests or more, a complimentary menu tasting for up to four guests is included once your event is contracted. Tastings are available Tuesday through Friday and are best scheduled at least three months prior to your wedding date. Your Wedding Coordinator will assist with availability and arrangements.

Guest Rooms
The couple will receive a complimentary upgrade to a Honeymoon or Spa Suite for their wedding stay. A discounted guest room rate will be provided during the contracting process, along with a booking link and promo code to share with guests.
Guest rooms must be reserved at the discounted rate at least 45 days prior to the wedding date, based on availability. For those wishing to secure a dedicated room block, a signed agreement and first-night deposit for each reserved room are required.

Day-of Experience
On the day of your wedding, our team oversees the setup of ceremony and reception spaces, coordinates the rehearsal and ceremony, and serves as the on-site liaison between you, your vendors and your planner. As the celebration transitions into the evening, the Banquet Captain ensures a seamless continuation of service.

Music
Disc jockeys, live bands and acoustic music are welcome, with sound permitted until 9 PM on Counties Lawn and the Grand Terrace, until 10 PM at the Pavilion and until midnight in indoor venues. In consideration of resort guests, all music levels are managed at the discretion of Tenaya at Yosemite.

Final Details & Support
Final billing is reviewed for accuracy prior to completion, and assistance with the placement of favors, place cards and guest book items is included within standard setup. Extensive setup, including hanging lighting, full centerpiece installation, or wedding cake setup, is managed by your selected vendors.

Ceremony Fees
Tenaya at Yosemite offers year-round ceremony options set against the natural beauty of the Sierra. Ceremony fees range from $700 to $1,300 by guest count and include the site, classic white padded garden chairs, optional staging and a wrought iron arbor. A professional sound system is available upon request for an additional fee. Rehearsal time may be scheduled the day prior based on availability and our team can assist with planning ceremonies within Yosemite National Park.

Deposits & Space Confirmation
Dates are considered definite upon receipt of a primary nonrefundable deposit and the signed event agreement. The booking deposit is the ceremony fee, venue rental and 20% food and beverage minimum. The estimated outstanding balance (prepayment) is due 30 days prior to your event along with your signed banquet event orders, estimate and a completed credit card authorization form for any remaining balance at the conclusion of your event.

Food & Beverage
Evening menu packages range from $105 to $155 per person, exclusive of tax and service charge. A 24% taxable service charge and current California state sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all food, beverage and setup fees.
Outside food and beverage are not permitted, with the exception of wedding cakes, unless prior approval is granted by the resort. Due to health regulations and insurance requirements, leftover food and beverage may not be removed from the premises.

Cake-Cutting & Plating
A cake-cutting/plating fee is included in our plated or buffet package pricing. Your wedding cake and/or dessert must be provided by a professional licensed bakery and it must also be delivered and set up by the vendor no later than one hour prior to your ceremony start time. If you contract a vendor outside of our recommended vendor list, they must provide us with proof of liability insurance prior to their delivery.

Guest Count Guarantee
A final confirmation or “guarantee” of your anticipated number of guests is required 30 days prior to your event. In the absence of the guaranteed attendance number, the expected attendance number indicated on your banquet event order will be considered the guarantee.
Charges will be based on the guaranteed attendance number or the actual number of attendees, whichever is greater. We will make an allowance to set 5% above your guarantee for events under 500 guests, and 3% for events that are over 500 guests.
